We collect only what the work requires.

Website visitors

You can browse the public site without creating an account. We record limited traffic information such as the requested page, referral host, campaign tags, and whether a request appears to be from a person or a bot. This helps us understand site use and diagnose problems. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

Questions you submit

The suggestion form stores the question you send, a duplicate-detection hash, and a privacy-preserving rate-limit token. Raw IP addresses are not retained. Do not include names, email addresses, or other private information in a question.

Connected social accounts

When an authorized operator connects TikTok or another supported social platform, the Social Approval Hub may receive basic account information such as an account identifier, username, display name, profile image, authorization status, and permissions granted by that platform. It also stores the authorization tokens needed to perform approved actions.

We use this information only to identify the connected account, maintain the connection, and publish content that an authorized operator has explicitly approved. Provider credentials and authorization tokens stay in the private control plane and are not exposed to public visitors or connected projects. We do not sell social-account data or use it for third-party advertising.

TikTok and other connected social platforms process information under their own privacy policies. Disconnecting an account in the Hub or revoking access in the platform stops future access, subject to the platform's own processing.

Cookies, retention, and security

Public browsing does not require a login cookie. A secure, time-limited cookie is used only for the private administrator area. We retain operational records only as long as reasonably needed to run, secure, audit, and improve the service, or to meet legal obligations. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You can revoke a connected platform's access from that platform or disconnect it in the Social Approval Hub. To ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@sickomath.com. We may need enough information to verify that you control the affected account.
